Newburgh Chamber Music is delighted to announce
season tickets are now on sale for its 2026-27 season.

The season opens on Sunday, Oct. 18, with the legendary American String Quartet, performing in its final season after more than 50 years. The Munich String Quartet is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 21, 2027, followed by Grammy-winning Imani Winds on Sunday, April 11, 2027. All three ensembles will perform at St. George’s Church, 105 Grand St., in historic downtown Newburgh. Concerts begin at 3 p.m.
For a limited time, reduced-price season tickets at $90 for adults and $75 for seniors for all three concerts are available. Season ticket prices increase on Sept. 1 to $100 for adults and $80 for seniors, with individual concert tickets at $40 for adults and $30 for seniors on sale on Sept. 1.
Carole Cowan, president of Newburgh Chamber Music, said: "We are honored to help our long-time friends, the American String Quartet, celebrate their final season with a not-to-be-missed program of greats - Beethoven, Shostakovich and Schubert. The Munich String Quartet is also returning with a program that includes a newly discovered Mozart string trio, new works by Maias Alyamani and Jenny Peña Campo, and a late Mozart quartet. Our final concert is Imani Winds, recently returning from a tour in China, with a creative program featuring a wide range of exciting wind quintets from across the centuries, from Mendelssohn to Paquito D’Rivera."
